¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Elaboración y revisión de modelos financieros para procesos de APP, privados, entre otros.
  • Participar en la identificación, formulación, estructuración, promoción y adjudicación de proyectos de infraestructura mediante APP y Proyectos en Activos.
  • Participar en el análisis de estudios de formulación, demanda, ingeniería, costos, riesgos, impacto ambiental y sostenibilidad de los proyectos.
  • Participar en la revisión y articulación de los componentes técnicos, económico-financieros, legales, regulatorios, prediales, ambientales y sociales de cada iniciativa.
  • Participar en la elaboración de términos de referencia y supervisar consultorías especializadas, verificando la calidad y oportunidad de sus entregables.
  • Apoyar en la definición del alcance, niveles de servicio, mecanismos de pago, indicadores de desempeño y matriz de riesgos del proyecto.
  • Participar en reuniones y coordinaciones con ministerios, gobiernos subnacionales, organismos reguladores, entidades concedentes, inversionistas, asesores y otros actores.
  • Participar en procesos de promoción de la inversión, interacción con potenciales postores, absolución de consultas y preparación de documentación técnica.
  • Participar en la identificación de riesgos críticos y proponer medidas de mitigación durante la estructuración y transacción.
  • Preparar informes ejecutivos, presentaciones, cronogramas y reportes
  • Elaborar recomendaciones para inversionistas locales e internacionales en operaciones de compra y venta.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachiller o Titulado de las carreras de Economía, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 3-5 años, con al menos dos años en proyectos de infraestructura, APP, concesiones, inversión privada, estructuración o gestión de proyectos.
  • MS Office e Inglés a nivel avanzado.
  • Experiencia en elaboración o revisión de modelos financieros para APP, proyectos de activos o para el sector privado.
  • Experiencia deseable con PROINVERSIÓN, entidades concedentes, organismos reguladores, concesionarios, banca de inversión, consultoras o multilaterales.
  • Especialización deseable en APP, gestión de proyectos, regulación, finanzas de infraestructura e inversión pública.
