Het Digital Audit & Innovation team (DANI) van KPMG is een onderdeel binnen de auditpraktijk, gericht op het toekomstbestendig maken van assurance door middel van geavanceerde digitale oplossingen. De missie van DANI is om de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en inzichten van audits te verbeteren door het inzetten van datagestuurde technologieën. De oplossingen ondersteunen de volledige auditcyclus, van data-extractie en -verwerking tot geautomatiseerde auditprocedures, en maken audits sneller, slimmer en waardevoller.

Je maakt deel uit van het Innovation Hub team en fungeert als de belangrijkste schakel tussen de centrale en regionale audit innovatieteams. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van auditkwaliteit, inzichten en efficiëntie met behulp van data-analyse tools (D&A-tools). Daarnaast werk je mee aan productontwikkeling op basis van feedback en behoeften van accountants.

Vacatureomschrijving

In deze rol stel je regionale innovatieteams in staat om lokale innovatiestrategieën uit te voeren en D&A-adoptiedoelen te realiseren. Je helpt bij de implementatie van in-house ontwikkelde tools en ondersteunt auditteams bij het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van datagestuurde audits. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van de audit professional van de toekomst, onder andere door het bijdragen aan KPMG-brede programma’s voor data-analyse specialisten en digital auditors.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Het stimuleren van D&A-toolgebruik bij auditopdrachten
  • Ondersteunen van regionale audit innovatieteams
  • Samenwerken met en ondersteunen van product development teams
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke professionele relaties

Functie-eisen

  • Een relevante bachelor- en/of masteropleiding
  • Ervaring binnen de externe auditpraktijk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
  • Flexibel en leergierig, met een proactieve houding ten aanzien van persoonlijke ontwikkeling
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is vereist voor deze functie

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen € 3.200,- en € 4.000,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, variabele prestatie beloning, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een vaste thuiswerkvergoeding per gewerkte dag.
