  • Je stelt vacatureteksten op en verbetert ze waar nodig, beoordeelt cv’s en voert telefonische pre-screens uit. Je begeleidt kandidaten door het volledige recruitmentproces en houdt hiring managers proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang
  • Je zorgt voor een soepel en prettig recruitmentproces voor alle kandidaten
  • Je organiseert en coördineert recruitment events die bijdragen aan een positief werkgeversimago
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met studie- en studentenverenigingen en enthousiasmeert hen voor carrièremogelijkheden binnen KPMG
  • Je onderhoudt een sterk netwerk van potentiële kandidaten door regelmatig contact en het versterken van relaties
  • Je zet creatieve en doelgerichte wervingsstrategieën in om topkandidaten aan te trekken én te behouden

Functie-eisen

  • Hbo-/WO-student (bijvoorbeeld HRM, Hogere Hotelschool of Psychologie)
  • Beschikbaar vanaf februari 2027
  • Je bent 32 of 40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Woonachtig in regio Amsterdam/Amstelveen
  • Dit is een meewerk stage, geen scriptie stage
  • Teamspeler met de bereidheid een stapje extra te nemen
  • Goede verbale en non-verbale communicatieve vaardigheden

Aanvullende informatie

  • Intensieve begeleiding door een KPMG collega.
  • Een stagevergoeding van €1.000,- per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
  • Een laptop.
  • Bij KPMG werken we hybride, dus een combinatie van zowel thuis als op kantoor.
