Vacatureomschrijving

Bij KPMG Nederland bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendig IT-landschap dat onze business helpt sneller te innoveren, veilig te groeien en effectief samen te werken. Daarom zoeken wij een Senior Manager Cloud & IT Infrastructure die richting geeft aan onze cloud- en infrastructuurstrategie.

Je helpt hoogwaardige diensten te ontwikkelen voor onze interne en externe klanten. Binnen een agile IT-organisatie werk je nauw samen met een betrokken en enthousiast team. Je stuurt een team van 12 specialisten aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische visie en roadmap van het infrastructuurdomein. Daarnaast ben je sparringpartner voor IT Operations, Security, architecten en business stakeholders en help je bepalen welke technologische keuzes KPMG nu en in de toekomst succesvol maken.

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met sterke technische expertise en begeleidt infrastructuurteams bij complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van cloud, identity, networking en platformdiensten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontwikkelt, bewaakt en draagt de visie en roadmap voor KPMG’s infrastructuurplatformen uit, inclusief de verdere ontwikkeling van de Azure-cloudomgeving voor KPMG en haar klanten.
  • Je vertaalt businessdoelstellingen naar schaalbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige infrastructuuroplossingen en begeleidt cloudtransformaties en moderniseringsprojecten.
  • Je prioriteert technische initiatieven, beheert de backlog van het team en stuurt op security, continuïteit en compliance binnen het infrastructuurdomein.
  • Je bent technisch sparringpartner voor specialisten, management en ontwikkelteams binnen KPMG en vertaalt strategie naar uitvoering.
  • Je geeft leiding aan 12 cloud- en infrastructuurspecialisten en creëert een omgeving waarin samenwerking, ontwikkeling en resultaat centraal staan.

Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met leveranciers en internationale KPMG-infrastructuurteams en vertegenwoordigt KPMG Nederland in internationale overleggen.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevante IT-richting en ruime leidinggevende ervaring binnen infrastructuur-, cloud- of platformteams.
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen technische specialisten en management, bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum en backlogmanagement.
  • Je combineert technische diepgang met leiderschap, legt complexe keuzes helder uit, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en zet visie om in concrete resultaten.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3–5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van Azure-platformen, identity & access management, security, networking, governance en de automatisering van cloudservices.
  • Azure Cloud-certificeringen, zoals hieronder genoemd, zijn een pré: AZ-104 (beheer) AZ-305 (architectuur) SC-300 (Entra ID / IAM) AZ-500 (security)

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen € 4.800,- en € 7.000,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, variabele prestatie beloning, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een vaste thuiswerkvergoeding per gewerkte dag.
