Vacatureomschrijving

Strategy & Operations - Health is een ambitieus team binnen KPMG. Onze adviseurs werken aan uitdagende en uiteenlopende opdrachten binnen de zorgsector. Dagelijks begeleiden wij (internationale) klanten bij strategische en beleidsmatige vraagstukken, het (meten en) verbeteren van de prestaties en het beheersbaar maken van (strategische en financiële) risico’s.

Als consultant worden je analytische vaardigheden ingezet bij opdrachten voor verschillende klanten. De projecten zijn divers en geven je de vrijheid te kiezen naar gelang je interesse en eventuele expertise. Je werkt in een omgeving met verschillende betrokken partijen met vaak tegengestelde belangen. Gezien het multidisciplinaire karakter van de opdrachten wordt er binnen KPMG samengewerkt met experts op het gebied van o.a. IT, business intelligence en corporate finance.

  • De terugkoppeling en eventuele uitnodiging voor een eerste gesprek volgt in de week van 9 november 2026
  • De eerste gespreksrondes vinden plaats in de week van 23 november 2026
  • De beoogde startdatum van deze functie is 1 februari 2027 (flexibel).

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde WO Masteropleiding in (bedrijfs)economische, technische of medische richting;
  • Je bent gedreven en op een gezonde manier ambitieus;
  • Je bent proactief, teamspeler en een kritische houding, samen met een goede dosis humor;
  • Je werkt graag aan zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve vraagstukken;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met - en kennis van de zorg. Relevante stage/werkervaring in de zorg is een plus;
  • Je bent vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal om effectief te kunnen communiceren met zowel lokale als internationale klanten.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen € 3.245,- en € 3.965,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, winstuitkering, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een vaste thuiswerkvergoeding per gewerkte dag.
