Complexe financiële vraagstukken oplossen en bijdragen aan impactvolle beleids- en strategische beslissingen bij overheden en grote Nederlandse en internationale bedrijven: als Executive Corporate Finance & Valuations heb je er dagelijks mee te maken.

  • Hoe bepaal je de waarde van een onderneming?
  • Hoe zorg je voor de best deal voor de (ver)koper in een M&A transactie? Hoe help jij bouwers en ontwikkelaars bij het realiseren van de woningopgave in Nederland?
  • Help jij de publieke sector bij belangrijke vraagstukken in maatschappelijk relevante dossiers?
  • Maak jij impact in de zorgsector door de financiële positie van zorgondernemingen te versterken?
  • Hoe draag je bij aan de verduurzaming van de energiesector?Hoe help je een noodlijdend bedrijf bij het verkrijgen van financiering?
  • Hoe waardeer je de portefeuille van leningen of andere financiële instrumenten?

Vacatureomschrijving

Altijd iets te doen, altijd iets te leren: als Executive binnen Corporate Finance & Valuations verveel je je geen moment. Je houdt je dagelijks bezig met complexe financiële vraagstukken van belangrijke klanten. Vanaf het begin van je carrière adviseer je klanten en sta je in direct contact met hen.

Het Corporate Finance & Valuations team combineert specialistische waarderingsexpertise met brede corporate finance-ervaring. De waarderingspraktijk van het team houdt zich bezig waarderingsvraagstukken voor uiteenlopende doeleinden en voor allerlei soorten bedrijven: van dierentuinen en start ups tot chocoladefabrikanten.

Het team biedt daarnaast een breed scala aan corporate finance-diensten, waaronder het begeleiden van overname- of financieringstransacties en het adviseren over strategische vraagstukken binnen de sectoren Energie, Publieke Sector, Zorg, Financiële Dienstverlening, Bouw en Vastgoed en Herstructurering.

Functie-eisen

  • Masteropleiding in Finance, Economie, Econometrie, Bedrijfskunde (of andere financiële studies) of een technische studie
  • Geen tot enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Ambitieus, proactief, analytisch, cijfermatig sterk, teamspeler, goed presteren onder druk
  • Bovengemiddelde studieresultaten gecombineerd met nevenactiviteiten
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels

For this vacancy, we are primarily seeking candidates with a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, to meet the demands of our clients.

  • Brutosalaris tussen € 3.425,- en € 4.215,- afhankelijk van werkervaring, winstuitkering, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding.
