Als Senior Consultant ben je betrokken bij uiteenlopende bedrijfstransformaties en IT-projecten in binnen- en buitenland met behulp van Microsoft-technologie. Je zet je kennis en ervaring in om organisaties te helpen meer waarde uit hun IT-systeem te halen; voor, tijdens en na de implementatie. Je hebt een focus op het leveren van hoge kwaliteit; samen met je collega's bedenk je nieuwe ideeën en adviseer je over onder andere digitale strategie, proces- en systeemontwerp, acceptatietesten en trainingen.

Daarnaast leer je alles over de mogelijkheden van de nieuwste Microsoft-technologie op het gebied van Finance & Operations, CRM, Data Analytics, Apps en Cloud. Ook doe je hands-on ervaring op met het configureren van de systemen. In samenwerking met je team en de klant zorg je ervoor dat de klant de best mogelijke oplossing krijgt voor zijn vragen en uitdagingen.

Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur gaan we op zoek naar passende projecten en klanten die het beste bij je passen. De projecten zijn vooral gericht op Business Transformation, Digitalisering en Innovatie in relatie tot Microsoft technologie.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Business Central Consultant speel je een cruciale rol bij de succesvolle implementatie en optimalisatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je belangrijkste focus ligt op het benutten van je financiële kennis om robuuste zakelijke oplossingen te ontwerpen en te leveren die voldoen aan de behoeften van onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele teams om een naadloze integratie en afstemming met bedrijfsdoelstellingen te waarborgen.

  • Leiding geven aan het ontwerp, de implementatie en optimalisatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met klanten om hun zakelijke vereisten te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar effectieve oplossingen.
  • Deskundig advies geven over financiële aspecten van Business Central, waarbij naleving van industriestandaarden en best practices wordt gewaarborgd.
  • Systeemanalyses uitvoeren, configureren en aanpassen om aan klantspecifieke behoeften te voldoen.
  • Trainingssessies ontwikkelen en geven aan klanten en interne teams over Business Central-functionaliteiten.
  • Assisteren bij de opzet en oprichting van de nieuwe bedrijfsafdeling, waarbij afstemming met strategische doelen wordt gewaarborgd.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor diploma in Financiën, Bedrijfskunde, Informatietechnologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in het implementeren en beheren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-oplossingen.
  • Sterke financiële kennis en ervaring in financieel beheer, boekhouding en rapportage.
  • Aantoonbare staat van dienst in het succesvol leiden van complexe projecten en het leveren van hoogwaardige oplossingen.
  • Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Relevante certificeringen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen €3.965,- en €6.230,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, winstuitkering, vaste onkostenvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,40 per gewerkte dag.
