• Mee helpen vertalen van complexe klantvragen, bijvoorbeeld inzake wetgeving, naar pragmatische oplossingen

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Adviseur krijg je snel de verantwoordelijkheid voor een deel van een klantproject waarbij je rapporteert aan een senior manager. Je gaat zo snel mogelijk mee naar klantbesprekingen, zodat je op de hoogte bent van de verwachtingen van een klant en de gemaakte afspraken. Je speelt een zelfstandige rol in projecten, waarbij je inhoudelijke kennis leert toepassen en overdragen. Het Actuarial & Insurance Risk-team richt zich op risicomanagementvraagstukken bij verzekeraars en pensioenfondsen. Die vraagstukken zijn zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief van aard. Voor deze rol ligt de focus op kwalitatieve vraagstukken op het gebied van risicomanagement. We helpen verzekeraars beleid te ontwikkelen en te implementeren of te voldoen aan relevante wetgeving. Dit kan gaan over de ontwikkeling van een internal control framework tot het vaststellen van de risk appetite.

Functie-eisen

• Master in een richting als (bedrijfs)economie, bedrijfskunde, rechten, finance of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.

• Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de financiële dienstverlening (bij voorkeur in de verzekeringssector)

• Je hebt ervaring met het werken in projecten

• Je hebt kennis van enterprise risk management en interne beheersing

• Je hebt kennis van recente regelgeving bij verzekeraars, bijvoorbeeld ESG, DORA of IRRD

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen € 3.965,- en € 5.050,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, winstuitkering, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding.
