Welkom bij het Onsite Servicedesk-team in Diemen! Hier werk je samen met KPN-collega’s op het hoofdkantoor van een van onze Groot Zakelijke Markt-klanten. We hebben de afgelopen jaren veel stagiairs begeleid en zij waren allemaal enthousiast over hun tijd bij ons. Bij ons staan kennisdeling, samenwerken en plezier centraal.

Zoek je een stage waar je snel zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, maar nooit alleen staat? Bij de KPN Onsite Servicedesk in Diemen hebben we een mooie kans voor MBO-niveau 4 studenten. Ontwikkel jezelf tot IT-professional en ontdek alle facetten van het vak binnen onze Servicedesk.

Vacatureomschrijving

Jouw rol als ICT stagiair(e) bij KPN Onsite Servicedesk in Diemen bestaan uit de volgende werkzaamheden:

  • Als Onsite Servicedeskmedewerker ben je breed inzetbaar en krijg je te maken met diverse IT-vraagstukken.
  • Je maakt kennis met ITIL-processen zoals Incident Management, Request Fulfilment en Problem Management.
  • Je werkt en maakt kennis met diverse tools, waaronder systemen in de klantomgeving.
  • Dagelijks heb je op verschillende manieren contact met eindgebruikers, partners en/of leveranciers.
  • Je ontwikkelt je communicatieve vaardigheden, hoe asset management gepaard gaat met logistiek en administratie en hoe je de klant en eindgebruikers blij maakt met jouw expertise.
  • Je werkt nauw samen in een team van enthousiaste collega’s.
  • Je brengt theorie in praktijk en groeit als persoon.
  • Heb je extra interesse? Dan zijn er volop mogelijkheden om je te verbreden, als je zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt!

Functie-eisen

Wat neem jij mee als ICT stagiair(e) mee?

  • Je bent een ICT System Engineer student op MBO-niveau 4.
  • Je hebt motivatie om te leren en wilt je verdiepen in de praktijk van ICT.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en denkt graag mee met je collega’s.
  • Beschikt over de juiste dosis “Let’s do IT” mentaliteit en gelooft dat voor alles een oplossing te bedenken is.
  • Je bent beschikbaar per 1 februari 2027.
