Bedrijfsomschrijving

Je komt te werken binnen het Unlock Data Programma, een groot dataprogramma waarin data in verschillende migratiegolven naar een nieuwe omgeving wordt overgezet. Het werk gebeurt in meerdere squads, verdeeld over verschillende domeinen. Daarbij zijn veel partijen betrokken:

  • teams die data aanleveren;
  • teams die de data gebruiken;
  • migratieteams en supportteams;
  • vertegenwoordigers van de segmenten in de business;
  • de programmaleiding.

Jij vormt het centrale coördinatiepunt voor de User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in al die golven. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Domain Data Owners, Segment Leads, squad leads en de programmaleiding.

Op maandag en donderdag ben je op kantoor, samen met het team. Af en toe komt de dinsdag erbij. De overige dagen deel je flexibel in.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als UAT Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, de governance en het succesvol uitvoeren van UAT in alle migratiegolven. Je zorgt dat alle squads op dezelfde manier testen, dat risico’s actief worden beheerst en dat besluiten over acceptatie en go-live zijn onderbouwd met objectief bewijs.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • UAT-governance en planning: je stelt de UAT-strategie, het framework, de standaarden en het governancemodel op en houdt die actueel. Je legt tijdlijnen, mijlpalen en entry- en exitcriteria vast. Je zorgt dat elke squad op dezelfde manier werkt met testscripts, bewijsvoering, defectmanagement en JIRA-rapportage. Voordat er getest wordt, coördineer je de readiness-assessments.
  • Toezicht op de uitvoering: je bewaakt de voortgang en de testdekking in alle squads. Je signaleert risico’s, afhankelijkheden en knelpunten vroeg en zorgt dat ze worden opgepakt. Via dashboards en rapportages houd je centraal zicht op de uitvoering.
  • Defectmanagement en escalatie: je houdt regie op de major en critical defects in alle domeinen. Je stuurt op prioritering over de squads heen. Structurele problemen escaleer je naar de juiste gremia, bijvoorbeeld rond performance, omgevingen, datakwaliteit of leverrisico’s.
  • Sign-off en go-live-readiness: je toetst of aan de exitcriteria is voldaan. Je bundelt de testresultaten van aanleverende en afnemende teams en coördineert het volledige sign-off-proces. Je geeft een onafhankelijk advies over acceptatie en productierijpheid.
  • Stakeholdermanagement en rapportage: je rapporteert regelmatig aan de programmaleiding over voortgang, risico’s, escalaties en besluiten. Je zorgt voor afstemming tussen business, techniek en migratie. Als prioriteiten botsen, faciliteer je de besluitvorming.

Functie-eisen

Wat je meebrengt:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van grootschalige UAT-trajecten, met meerdere teams en veel stakeholders.
  • Een sterke basis in testmethodieken, defectmanagement en kwaliteitsgovernance.
  • Ervaring met testen en defects bijhouden in JIRA.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie, zowel operationeel als op managementniveau.
  • Sterk in plannen, coördineren en escaleren.
  • Je weet in complexe transformatieprogramma’s de balans te vinden tussen kwaliteit, risico en deadlines.

Wat het extra sterk maakt:

  • Ervaring met UAT bij datamigraties of in dataprogramma’s met meerdere migratiegolven.
  • Ervaring met het opzetten van dashboards en het rapporteren aan stuurgroepen.
