Vacatureomschrijving

Binnen het team Communications zijn we op zoek naar een redactionele content stagiair voor interne en externe communicatie en social media. Je zult je vooral bezighouden met redactionele content voor TEAMKPN, het intranet waar we onze 12,000 medewerkers op de hoogte houden van wat we doen en belangrijk vinden. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een team van 14 professionals die nauw samenwerken. Er wordt hard gewerkt maar in een informele sfeer, met veel ruimte voor humor en zelfstandigheid.

Jij helpt het team met het versterken en verbreden van de communicatie. Dankzij jou hebben wij weer frisse inzichten binnen het team. Niet alleen ben je het brein achter content voor TEAMKPN, je draait ook je hand niet om voor de uitvoering van spontane taken vanuit het team.

Activiteiten die je onderneemt zijn:

  • Je maakt content voor TEAMKPN, ons intranet. Dit kan in de vorm zijn van artikelen (informatie ophalen, beeld zoeken, schrijven) en video’s en vlogs maken (logistiek, script, filmen, edit).
  • Je ondersteunt in de uitvoering van diverse events (bijeenkomsten, webcasts, presentaties etc.).
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s binnen en buiten ons team om informatie op te halen of vorm te geven aan het format zoals ‘De Razende Reporter’.

Functie-eisen

Wij hopen dat je een creatieve kijk hebt op het maken van korte video’s en vlogs, een vlotte babbel hebt op camera, leergierig bent en doelgericht (je stapt makkelijk op iemand af die je nog niet kent). Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je pro-actief bent en dat je kunt lachen om onze grappen.

Om verder succesvol in deze rol te zijn, breng jij het volgende mee:

  • Je volgt een HBO-studie in de richting van Communicatie, Content Marketing, Online Contentcreator, Creative Business, Journalistiek of verwante richting.
  • Je bent minimaal vijf maanden beschikbaar om mee te werken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2027.
