Bij KPN krijg je de unieke kans om mee te werken in het Employer Brand & Interne Communicatieteam binnen HR. Hier werk je samen met 5 ervaren en betrokken communicatieprofessionals die jou begeleiden, inspireren én uitdagen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Tijdens deze stage werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten waarmee we onze arbeidsvoorwaarden, opleidingsmogelijkheden en ons werkgeversmerk op een creatieve en effectieve manier communiceren. Je kijkt achter de schermen bij een toonaangevend bedrijf en draagt concreet bij aan de zichtbaarheid van KPN als werkgever. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen met interne communicatie, employer branding, contentcreatie, campagneontwikkeling en het inzetten van AI binnen communicatie.

Een greep uit je werkzaamheden:

  • Je maakt creatieve content voor social media, nieuwsbrieven, de werken-bij site en het intranet. Je schrijft, redigeert en creëert overtuigende teksten en copy die passen bij de KPN merkidentiteit;
  • Je bedenkt, maakt en bewerkt (video)content voor interne en externe communicatiekanelen en experimenteert met verschillende mediavormen zoals testimonials, blogs en interviews;
  • Je denkt mee over en helpt bij de uitvoering van campagnes rondom employer branding, diversiteit & inclusie, en arbeidsmarktpositionering;
  • Je helpt bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van de werken bij KPN website;
  • Je organiseert en woont (interne en externe) events bij, werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen én zorgt dat alle communicatie-uitingen in lijn zijn met de KPN merkstijl.

Functie-eisen

We zoeken een enthousiaste en nieuwsgierige student die:

  • Een passie heeft voor communicatie en interesse heeft in employer branding;
  • Creatief is en het leuk vindt om (inhoudelijke) content te maken (video, tekst, visuals);
  • Nieuwsgierig is naar en interesse heeft in het gebruik van AI voor communicatie
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk is;
  • Zich comfortabel voelt in het benaderen van collega’s en het oppakken van projecten;
  • Een goede beheersing heeft van zowel Nederlands als Engels;
  • Per februari 2027 beschikbaar is
