Vacatureomschrijving

Als Sales Specialist bouw je strategische en duurzame relaties met grootzakelijke klanten. Je vertaalt hun security‑ en ICT‑vraagstukken naar integrale, maakbare commerciële oplossingen en opereert daarbij als trusted advisor. Met jouw diepgaande inhoudelijke kennis, eigenaarschap en commerciële drive stuur je actief op kansen, neem je de regie over complexere deals en creëer je klantcommitment. Zo vergroot je voorspelbaar én continu de waarde van KPN bij de klant.

Wat je gaat doen

Je inspireert en adviseert op directieniveau binnen de DMU, met focus op security‑waarde en bedrijfsimpact. Je leidt het volledige verkoopproces en borgt dat voorstellen aantoonbaar passen binnen portfolio‑, compliance‑ en technische kaders.

Belangrijkste punten:

  • Verbindt businessrisico’s en security‑maturity aan concrete proposities; kan thema’s als detect & respond, zero‑trust/segmentatie en SIEM/XDR‑use‑cases commercieel duiden (zonder engineeringsrol).
  • Regisseert bids (waarde/risico/voorwaarden), stuurt op win‑/no‑go en besluitvorming.
  • Leidt strategische accountplanning, pipeline‑sturing en forecast‑betrouwbaarheid.
  • Coördineert met presales/solutioning, productmanagement en delivery voor maakbaarheid en kwaliteit.
  • Bouwt duurzame relaties, vergroot share of wallet en borgt CRM‑data in Salesforce.

Dit is je nieuwe team

Je sluit aan bij het Sales & Solutions‑team dat de commerciële verbinding vormt met presales/solutioning, productmanagement en delivery, in één herkenbare commerciële lijn richting de klant.

Functie-eisen

Je combineert senior stakeholdermanagement met scherpe analyse en overtuigende proposities.

  • Ervaring: meerjarige B2B‑sales in IT/Networking/Security; bewezen track-record bij multi‑stakeholder trajecten.
  • Security‑geletterdheid: commercieel kunnen spreken over maturity‑verbetering, detect & respond, zero‑trust, compliance‑context.
  • Bid‑regie: pricing/risico/voorwaarden; intern besluitvaardig maken; governance en DMU‑navigatie.
  • Sales‑hygiene: discipline in funnel/forecast; nauwkeurige dossiervorming in Salesforce.
  • Opleiding/skills: WO‑werk/denkniveau of HBO + zeer ruime ervaring; uitstekende NL/EN communicatie; digitale/AI‑skills.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van minimaal € 4634,- en maximaal € 6780,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, op basis van 40 uur
