Die Aufgaben:

Unsere Innere Abteilung im Krankenhaus Waldfriede ist eine moderne Station mit insgesamt 36 Betten. Ein engagiertes multiprofessionelles Team gewährleistet eine hochwertige medizinische und pflegerische Versorgung unserer Patient:innen. Als Stationsleitung (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Station und gestalten gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team eine Pflege, die Qualität, Menschlichkeit und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in den Mittelpunkt stellt.

  • Fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung der internistischen Station
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes sowie Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Ressourcenplanung
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den ärztlichen Teams, den Funktionsbereichen sowie allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen sowie Mitgestaltung von Qualitäts- und Veränderungsprozessen

Mit diesen Eigenschaften sind Sie bei uns genau richtig:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Akutpflege, idealerweise im Bereich der Inneren Medizin
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Leitung einer Station oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu absolvieren
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
