Die Aufgaben:

Unsere Innere Abteilung im Krankenhaus Waldfriede ist eine moderne Station mit insgesamt 36 Betten. Ein engagiertes multiprofessionelles Team gewährleistet eine hochwertige medizinische und pflegerische Versorgung unserer Patient:innen. Als stellvertretende Stationsleitung (w/m/d) übernimmst Du gemeinsam mit Deiner Leitung Verantwortung für die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Station und gestaltest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eine Pflege, die Qualität, Menschlichkeit und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in den Mittelpunkt stellt.

  • Vertretung der Stationsleitung in deren Abwesenheit
  • Unterstützung der Stationsleitung bei der Organisation des stationären Arbeitsablaufs
  • Mitwirkung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den ärztlichen Teams, den Funktionsbereichen sowie allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen
  • Dokumentation, Kontrolle und Sicherung des Pflegeprozesses

Mit diesen Eigenschaften sind Sie bei uns genau richtig:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Akutpflege, idealerweise im Bereich der Inneren Medizin
  • Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationstalent
