Die Aufgaben:

Zur Verstärkung unserer Technischen Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Wartungstechniker / Anlagentechniker / Meister (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik.

  • Durchführung, Überwachung und Koordination von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, normativer und herstellerseitiger Wartungsintervalle
  • Betreuung und Überwachung von Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen
  • Störungssuche, Fehleranalyse und Unterstützung bei der Störungsbeseitigung
  • Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und störungsfreien Anlagenbetriebs
  • Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten sowie Pflege technischer Unterlagen und Wartungsnachweise
  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Zuarbeit bei Projekten, technischen Maßnahmen und Optimierungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Dienstleister und Wartungsfirmen
  • Teilnahme am technischen Bereitschaftsdienst

Mit diesen Eigenschaften sind Sie bei uns genau richtig:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- oder Lüftungstechnik
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Gebäudeanlagen
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Klima-, Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Krankenhaus- oder Gebäudetechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich GLT / MSR-Technik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wartungs- und Dokumentationssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentation und MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
