  • Ein duales Studium Bachelor Business Administration (B.A.) mit Schwerpunkt Retail Management an der ADG Business School Montabaur.
  • Im Studium kombinierst Du Praxisphasen in unserem Unternehmen mit digitalem Selbststudium und kompakten Präsenzphasen an der ADG Business School. So kannst Du Theorie und Praxis optimal miteinander verbinden.
  • Du wirst fester Bestandteil unseres Category Management Teams und arbeitest an Themen wie Einkauf, Sortimentssteuerung, Performanceanalysen und Prozessoptimierung mit.
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen, der Geschäftsleitung und unseren Gartencentern.
  • Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein familiäres Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Bei guten Leistungen bieten wir Dir nach Deinem Studium eine langfristige Perspektive in unserem Team.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du arbeitest engagiert auf einen erfolgreichen Studienabschluss hin, setzt das im Studium Gelernte direkt in der Praxis um und legst damit den Grundstein für Deine weitere Entwicklung bei Kremer.
  • Du unterstützt unser Category Management Team bei der Analyse von Kennzahlen, Performance sowie Abverkaufs- und Bestandsdaten.
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflanzen- und Deko-Sortimente mit und lernst, wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen datenbasiert zu treffen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Dispositions-, Bestell- und Warenprozessen.
  • Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten rund um Sortimentssteuerung und Prozessoptimierung mit.

  • Du hast die Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit guten oder sehr guten Noten erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

  • Du hast Spaß an Zahlen, Analysen und digitalen Tools.
