En Rekluti nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Negocio con experiencia en el sector financiero para liderar el levantamiento de requerimientos y el modelado de procesos de un proyecto de transformación digital. Buscamos un perfil analítico, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilitación con usuarios.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Coordinar y conducir reuniones de levantamiento presenciales con las áreas usuarias para identificar y documentar requisitos funcionales.
  • Elaborar el Documento Funcional, casos de uso, casos de prueba y manual de usuario de cada requerimiento.
  • Elaborar el cronograma de atención (análisis, diseño, desarrollo, pase a certificación) junto al equipo técnico.
  • Validar los entregables funcionales y apoyar las pruebas funcionales antes de certificación.
  • Modelar procesos de negocio (BPMN 2.0).

🛠️ Requisitos (excluyentes)

  • Mínimo 5 años como Analista de Negocio, Analista Funcional, de Procesos, Consultor de Transformación Digital o similar, con enfoque en levantamiento de requerimientos en el rubro financiero (público o privado).
  • Sólido conocimiento en análisis de negocio y gestión de requerimientos.
  • Modelado de procesos con BPMN 2.0.
  • Conocimiento de procesos del sector financiero (créditos hipotecarios, cartera, cobranzas, riesgos, prevención de lavado de activos).
  • Metodologías ágiles y diseño de casos de prueba.
  • Herramientas: Bizagi / Visio (u otra BPMN), Jira / Confluence, Microsoft 365 / Teams.
  • Titulación Bachiller (mínimo) en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Computación o afines (incluye Ing. Administración de Empresas / Licenciatura en Computación). Grado verificable en SUNEDU.
  • Certificación obligatoria vigente: Scrum Master o certificación en Análisis de Negocio ECBA / CCBA / CBAP (IIBA) o PMI-PBA.
  • Capacitaciones obligatorias (con certificado de horas): Metodologías Ágiles / Scrum / Lean / Design Thinking o transformación digital: mínimo 48 horas acumuladas. Modelado de procesos con BPMN 2.0: mínimo 20 horas en un solo curso.

➕ Deseables (suman)

  • SQL básico (Oracle / SQL Server).

💡 Habilidades clave Comunicación con usuarios, facilitación de talleres, redacción clara, pensamiento analítico, negociación de alcance y orientación al detalle.

🌎 Condiciones de la posición

  • Modalidad: Híbrido — Lima, Perú. Kickoff presencial obligatorio; presencial los 2 primeros meses y luego híbrido (2 días en oficina). El levantamiento de requerimientos es siempre presencial.
  • Contratación: Contractor.
