🚀 ¡Buscamos un/a Project Manager de Fábrica de Software en Perú!

¿Tienes experiencia liderando equipos tecnológicos, gestionando proyectos de software y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos y estándares de calidad? ¡Esta oportunidad es para ti!

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Project Manager de Capa de Fábrica para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios de tecnología, coordinar la ejecución de requerimientos y garantizar la entrega eficiente de soluciones de software.

🎯 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales retos?

  • Liderar equipos de desarrollo de software, análisis de negocio, automatización robótica de procesos (RPA) y otros perfiles tecnológicos.
  • Asignar requerimientos, validar estimaciones de esfuerzo y cronogramas, y revisar entregables antes de su presentación al cliente.
  • Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento y elaborar reportes de gestión semanales y mensuales.
  • Monitorear acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA), gestionar incidentes y devoluciones, e impulsar acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar con los responsables de gestión del servicio y participar en comités de seguimiento.
  • Gestionar cambios, planificar entregas y coordinar pases a producción.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos, la calidad de los entregables y los plazos establecidos.

🛠️ ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia como Líder o Jefe de Proyectos, Gestor de Servicios, Delivery Manager, Service Manager, IT Project Manager o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en implementación, operación o gestión de demanda de servicios y proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de fábricas de software, mantenimiento de aplicaciones y servicios bajo modelos de bolsa de horas y SLA.
  • Experiencia con metodologías tradicionales y ágiles, como Scrum y Kanban.
  • Conocimientos en estimación de esfuerzo, planificación, gestión de cronogramas y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project o similares, además de Excel o Power BI para indicadores y reportes.
  • Conocimientos generales de tecnologías como .NET (C#/VB.NET), PowerBuilder, Oracle, SQL Server y Angular.

🎓 Formación y certificaciones

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial, Computación o carreras afines.
  • Certificación vigente obligatoria: PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master o una certificación PMI que cumpla con el requerimiento del perfil.
  • Capacitación certificada de al menos 48 horas en Gestión o Dirección de Proyectos, o en Metodologías Ágiles/Scrum.

Será un plus: conocimientos de ITIL y experiencia en gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios.

📍 Condiciones de la oportunidad

  • Ubicación: Lima, Perú.
  • Vacantes: 1.
  • Modalidad: híbrida.
  • Presencialidad: durante los dos primeros meses y, posteriormente, mínimo 2 días por semana.
  • Disponibilidad: para participar en el kickoff presencial y realizar levantamientos de requerimientos de manera presencial.
  • Proyecto de largo plazo: el servicio contratado tiene una duración estimada de 36 meses.
