En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador de Software Senior Front End para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Asumirás un rol clave en el desarrollo, modernización y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web críticas, integrando interfaces de alto rendimiento con arquitecturas seguras y escalables. La posición se desarrolla bajo un esquema híbrido (etapa preoperativa de 15 días presenciales y posteriormente un mínimo de 2 días a la semana en oficina, con levantamiento presencial de requerimientos y disponibilidad de atención a incidentes críticos bajo turnos 24x7).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones web escalables de alto tráfico utilizando Angular y/o React, asegurando código limpio, modular y una experiencia de usuario impecable.
  • Liderar el mantenimiento evolutivo, correctivo y perfectivo de plataformas estratégicas, respondiendo a incidentes de producción bajo rigurosos niveles de servicio (SLA).
  • Implementar pruebas unitarias y de integración exhaustivas, estandarizando la documentación técnica y asegurando pases a producción confiables bajo lineamientos de seguridad OWASP Top 10.
  • Articular la integración de interfaces frontend con servicios y APIs REST, interactuando con bases de datos relacionales y aportando activamente en sprints de 2 a 4 semanas.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo de aplicaciones frontend o roles equivalentes (Analista Frontend, Fullstack Developer, Software Engineer).
  • Formación Académica: Titulado o Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Computación, Electrónica, Industrial o afines; o Profesional Técnico Titulado en Computación o Sistemas.
  • Stack Frontend: Dominio avanzado de Angular y/o React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 y Bootstrap.
  • Integración y Seguridad: Experiencia comprobada en consumo de APIs REST y aplicación de prácticas de desarrollo seguro (OWASP Top 10).
  • Bases de Datos y Repositorios: Manejo operativo de SQL Server u Oracle, junto con control de versiones avanzado en Git (GitLab/GitHub).
  • Capacitaciones Obligatorias (Acreditadas con certificado): Cursos de mínimo 20 horas acumuladas cada uno en: (1) React, Angular o Vue; (2) TypeScript o JavaScript; (3) HTML5, CSS3 o Bootstrap; (4) Git, GitHub o GitLab; y (5) SQL Server u Oracle.
  • Deseables: Experiencia o nociones en entornos .NET (C# / VB.NET), React Native y pipelines CI/CD con Jenkins.

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para resolver incidencias complejas y proponer soluciones técnicas eficientes en producción con mínima supervisión.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para integrarse dinámicamente en ceremonias ágiles, compartiendo conocimiento técnico y facilitando la entrega continua del equipo.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para alternar entre el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades y la resolución de incidentes críticos bajo demanda en entornos de alta exigencia.
