En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Frontend Móvil para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Desarrollador Frontend Móvil, serás el creador estratégico de experiencias de usuario fluidas y excepcionales, construyendo aplicaciones nativas robustas desde una única base de código. En una modalidad 100% remota (LATAM), trabajarás en un entorno dinámico para garantizar la calidad, el rendimiento y el despliegue exitoso de productos digitales de vanguardia.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Construir y escalar aplicaciones móviles de alto rendimiento para iOS (14+) y Android (11+) utilizando el poder de Flutter 3.x y Dart 3.
  • Materializar interfaces centradas en el usuario (UX/UI) aplicando metodologías de Diseño Atómico para garantizar una consistencia visual impecable.
  • Integrar funcionalidades nativas avanzadas de manera segura, implementando autenticación biométrica y capacidades de lectura/generación de códigos QR.
  • Asegurar la máxima calidad del ecosistema móvil desarrollando pruebas de integración automatizadas (Patrol) y manteniendo un estándar de cobertura superior al 70% (SonarCloud).
  • Orquestar el ciclo completo de publicación en las tiendas oficiales (App Store y Google Play), acoplándose eficientemente con los pipelines de CI/CD administrados por el equipo DevOps.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia técnica avanzada y comprobable en el desarrollo con Flutter 3.x y Dart 3 (base de código unificada para iOS y Android).
  • Sólido conocimiento en patrones de UX/UI y metodologías de Diseño Atómico.
  • Dominio absoluto en la gestión de estados con Riverpod y enrutamiento a través de go_router.
  • Experiencia práctica implementando seguridad e integraciones nativas: flutter_secure_storage (manejo de tokens), local_auth (biometría) y mobile_scanner (QR).
  • Experiencia en testing móvil automatizado utilizando integration_test / Patrol y herramientas de análisis de código continuo como SonarCloud.
  • Historial comprobable gestionando la publicación de aplicaciones en Apple Developer (App Store) y Google Play Console.
  • Deseable: Certificaciones relacionadas con desarrollo móvil, UX/UI y QA E2E móvil. Conocimiento en backend .NET.

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad de apropiarse del ciclo de vida del producto frontend, tomando decisiones arquitectónicas oportunas sin necesidad de micro-management.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Excelente disposición para generar sinergia con equipos multidisciplinarios (DevOps para pipelines en Azure/GitHub Actions, diseño UX/UI y backend).
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para iterar rápidamente sobre las interfaces y asimilar los constantes avances tecnológicos del ecosistema móvil y framework Flutter.
