En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Full Stack Backend para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Desarrollador Backend Principal, serás el referente técnico clave en la definición, diseño y construcción de arquitecturas backend distribuidas y de alto rendimiento. En una modalidad 100% remota (LATAM), trabajarás en un entorno ágil y colaborativo para garantizar la robustez, escalabilidad y seguridad de servicios críticos operando sobre tecnologías de vanguardia en la nube.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones backend resilientes, seguras y de alto tráfico utilizando .NET 10 y PostgreSQL 18.
  • Orquestar la arquitectura de mensajería asíncrona e integración en tiempo real implementando Event Hubs / Kafka y mecanismos de caché distribuido con Redis.
  • Gestionar y exponer interfaces de integración robustas a través de Azure API Management, asegurando esquemas modernos de identidad con Entra External ID o Keycloak.
  • Impulsar la excelencia técnica mediante prácticas continuas de DevSecOps, Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y observabilidad integral en el ecosistema Microsoft Azure.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Amplia experiencia técnica demostrable en desarrollo backend con .NET (.NET 10) y lenguaje C#.
  • Sólido dominio en diseño, modelado y optimización de bases de datos relacionales con PostgreSQL (v18).
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y mensajería distribuida con Event Hubs o Apache Kafka, así como estrategias de almacenamiento en memoria con Redis.
  • Experiencia configurando y administrando pasarelas de servicios mediante Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Conocimiento práctico en integración de mecanismos de autenticación, autorización e identidad digital (Entra External ID o Keycloak).
  • Manejo comprobable de prácticas de DevSecOps, Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y herramientas de observabilidad/monitoreo en plataformas Azure.
  • Deseable: Certificaciones activas en Microsoft Azure o arquitectura de aplicaciones en .NET.

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para liderar técnicamente iniciativas complejas, tomar decisiones de arquitectura con criterio de negocio y anticiparse a bloqueos o riesgos técnicos sin requerir supervisión continua.
  • Mentalidad de Crecimiento: Enfoque investigativo y curiosidad constante para asimilar rápidamente nuevas versiones tecnológicas, investigar problemáticas desafiantes y transferir ese conocimiento al producto.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para generar sinergia dentro de un marco Scrum híbrido (sprints quincenales), manteniendo una actitud positiva y orientada a la resolución ágil de retos de ingeniería en equipo.
