En Rekluti nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Analista de QA Junior para sumarse a un equipo de desarrollo y asegurar la calidad del software a lo largo de todo el ciclo de pruebas. Buscamos un perfil analítico, detallista y con ganas de crecer profesionalmente en el área de testing.

📌 Posición únicamente para residentes en República Dominicana.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Participar en el ciclo de vida completo de pruebas, desde la planificación y el diseño de casos hasta la ejecución y la elaboración de informes de resultados.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales y de regresión, garantizando que las nuevas funcionalidades no afecten el comportamiento existente del sistema.
  • Realizar pruebas de API y servicios web con Postman, validando respuestas, códigos de estado e integridad de los datos.
  • Ejecutar consultas SQL básicas para verificar y validar la información directamente en la base de datos.
  • Documentar el ciclo completo de pruebas (casos, evidencias y resultados) y elaborar los manuales de usuario correspondientes.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a los defectos en Jira, colaborando con el equipo de desarrollo hasta su resolución dentro del marco ágil.

🛠️ Requisitos (excluyentes)

  • 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en QA / Testing.
  • Título profesional en Sistemas, Informática, Software o afines.
  • Conocimiento de todo el ciclo de vida de pruebas y experiencia en pruebas funcionales y de regresión.
  • Manejo de Jira, pruebas de API con Postman y SQL básico.
  • Documentación del ciclo de pruebas y manuales de usuario, bajo metodologías ágiles.

➕ Deseables (suman)

  • Conocimientos básicos de automatización (Playwright, Selenium, Karate o JMeter).
  • Pruebas de carga y pruebas multicanal móvil.
  • Azure y herramientas DevOps.
  • Experiencia en el sector financiero o de tránsito y transporte.
  • Certificación ISTQB Foundation.
