Aufgaben im Überblick

Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Infrastruktur. Bei uns übernimmst du nicht nur Projekte, sondern trägst aktiv dazu bei, nachhaltige Lösungen für unsere Kunden umzusetzen. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit viel Eigenverantwortung, direktem Kundenkontakt und echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.

  • Du leitest anspruchsvolle Projekte im Kanalservice und Kanalunterhalt eigenverantwortlich von der Auftragsübernahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und sorgst für eine professionelle und lösungsorientierte Projektabwicklung.
  • Du koordinierst interne Fachspezialisten, Ressourcen und externe Partner und stellst einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher.
  • Du behältst Termine, Qualität, Kosten und Projektrisiken jederzeit im Blick und steuerst deine Projekte wirtschaftlich zum Erfolg.
  • Du erkennst zusätzliche Kundenbedürfnisse frühzeitig, entwickelst passende Lösungen und trägst aktiv zum Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen bei.

Anforderungen an das Profil

Wir suchen jemanden, der das technische Projektgeschäft versteht, unternehmerisch denkt und Verantwortung übernimmt.

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kanalservice, in der Kanalsanierung oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
  • Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit, sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
