The posting

Bij KTI werken we met een team van vakmensen aan duurzame installaties voor woningen. We groeien snel en willen onze commerciële processen verder professionaliseren. Daarom zoeken we een Commercieel medewerker binnendienst die structuur brengt en het verschil maakt in klantbeleving.

In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten én de spil in ons verkoopproces.

Wat ga je doen als Commercieel medewerker binnendienst?

Je zorgt dat alles rondom aanvragen, offertes en klantcontact soepel verloopt en goed georganiseerd is.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Klantcontact via telefoon, mail en WhatsApp
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Plannen van afspraken voor monteurs en adviseurs
  • Administratie zoals werkbonnen en rapportages
  • Meedenken over en verbeteren van het verkoopproces

Je krijgt veel ruimte om deze rol zelf vorm te geven en de binnendienst verder op te bouwen.

  • Salaris tussen €3.100 en €4.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring en niveau

  • Een echte teamspeler bent: samen uit, samen thuis

Over KTI

KTI is een familiebedrijf uit Schagen met ongeveer 55 medewerkers. We werken aan duurzame installaties voor woningcorporaties, VvE’s en particuliere klanten. Warmtepompen, ventilatie en andere duurzame technieken vormen een belangrijk deel van ons werk.

We houden van vakmanschap, korte lijnen en samenwerken. We nemen ons werk serieus, maar sluiten de week ook graag samen af met een vrijdagmiddagborrel.
