Bij KTI werk je aan meer dan installaties: je bouwt mee aan een duurzame toekomst in Noord-Holland. Als Hoofd Verkoop Particulier ben jij verantwoordelijk voor onze verkoop aan particulieren. Je bepaalt waar de afdeling naartoe gaat, stelt de omzetdoelen vast en zorgt dat we die halen. Tegelijk sta je er zelf middenin: je werkt mee, kent de klant en verbetert wat beter kan.

Je geeft leiding aan het verkoopteam particulier en rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de algemeen directeur. Daarnaast zorg je dat Verkoop en de rest van KTI goed samenwerken. Wat we verkopen, moet ook goed uitgevoerd kunnen worden.

Wat ga je precies doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bepalen van de koers van de afdeling: waar willen we naartoe en wat is daarvoor nodig
  • Het vaststellen van omzetdoelen en het behalen daarvan
  • Het bepalen welke mensen en vaardigheden het team nodig heeft
  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van het verkoopteam
  • Sturen op offertes, opdrachten en omzet, en bijsturen als resultaten achterblijven
  • Zelf meewerken in het verkoopproces
  • Het verbeteren van onze verkoopprocessen, van eerste contact tot overdracht aan de uitvoering
  • Het volgen van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften in de particuliere markt
  • Rapportage aan en advies voor de algemeen directeur

Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Schagen en bent regelmatig onderweg. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je je werk invult, met duidelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat.

Wij zoeken een Hoofd Verkoop die zich herkent in onze kernwaarden: innovatief, verantwoordelijk, samenwerkend, kwaliteitsgericht, klantgericht en duurzaam. Je scoort bij ons als je:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau hebt
  • Bij voorkeur een commerciële, bedrijfskundige of technische opleiding hebt
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring hebt met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van commerciële medewerkers
  • Gewend bent om omzetdoelen te stellen en daarop te sturen
  • Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt en processen wilt verbeteren
  • Affiniteit hebt met installatietechniek en genoeg technisch inzicht hebt om techniek en commercie te verbinden
  • Een echte teamspeler bent
