1. 3年以上3C策划的设计制作经验。有3A品质ARPG项目0到1完整的运动系统，镜头系统，载具系统的框架搭建经验优先。 2. 熟悉UE引擎，逻辑思维优秀，学习能量强，能在项目前期验证阶段，快速搭建玩法原型。 3. 有良好的文档统筹和书写习惯，热爱专研前沿技术，动作游戏战斗工艺，AI技术。 4. 有较强的规划和任务拆解能力，沟通协调能力，时间管理能力，自驱力，抗风险能力。 5. 熟悉鸣潮，二次元属性，深入游玩市面上所有动作游戏。
