职位描述 1、负责游戏内场景建筑模块的制作和建立标杆效果，并且能跟进供应商的反馈和产出，做好场景的资产管理; 2、能根据策划初步的文档指引、原画设计和玩法白模快速制作美术版本的初版资产，能够补足原画的细节设计，相互配合最终达到最好效果; 3、根据项目工作计划按时完成任务并跟进最终表现效果。

任职要求: 1、大专及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉3dmax/Maya/Zbrush等其他相关制作软件; 2、熟悉建筑类模型制作流程，对比例、结构、材质真实性有敏锐把控力，将复杂建筑结构拆分为合理模块，兼顾复用性、性能优化与贴图资源分配; 3、整理和管理建筑模型资源，建立规范的模型及配合搭建SD材质库，提高模型复用率，提升工作效率; 4、熟悉低模拓扑、UV合理规划及引擎UE5导入规范，对大型游戏不同材质球使用特性及大型建筑混合有较强的理解及经验; 5、具备优秀的审美能力，能快速理解不同风格(写实、奇幻、科幻等)的设计需求，具备敏锐经验能参与沟通思路对接落地; 6、具备较好的学习能力，对工作具有责任感，良好的沟通能力及较强的团队意识; 7、热爱游戏，对于游戏开发充满激情，做事积极主动。
