岗位职责： 1、负责3D场景地图/关卡编辑制作，参与项目风格探索制订，具备制定场景制作标准，输出场景制作模版和规范的能力； 2、配合程序开发适用于游戏场景的新功能的工作， 制作出效果出色的3D大型地图3、参与具体场景/关卡编辑制作任务，负责最终输出到版本里的品质把控，性能优化以及跟进，具备游戏里相关模型的制作与建筑规划能力； 4、对研发流程和环节配合有较高的敏感性和认知度；

任职要求： 1、热爱游戏行业，有次时代游戏开发经验，对业界主流游戏有关注和体验； 2、熟练Unity或UE4引擎，熟悉大世界地图制作管理流程，对画面处理有较好理解和经验积累； 3、具有较强的学习能力，能快速适应游戏风格的制作，能独立完成高品质的地图编辑，灯光气氛等整体效果的把控，对于建筑结构，设备装置，灯光渲染及自然环境知识等有一定的知识积累及制作经验； 4、具有主观能动性，能够主动把关卡，原画设计，模型材质串联起来，最终把创意设计落地成能进手机的可玩版本； 5、具有足够的韧性与抗压能力，对品质的迭代有不懈追求，有较强的责任心，工作投入度高，配合团队完成目标； 6、熟练掌握该岗位所需软件，有较强的学习能力，主动研究或学习新的技术运用到工作中。
