1、负责前沿 AIGC 开源工具与算法框架的预研、评估与二次开发，基于现有开源方案（如ai-toolkit、UniRig 等）进行功能扩展、流程改造与工程适配，使其更符合公司内部生产需求； 2、配合 AIGC 团队开展技术预研，通过原型开发、小范围实验与效果验证，探索图片、视频、3D 等方向 AI 技术在业务场景中的可行性，并推动预研成果向可落地的内部工具或算法能力转化； 3、负责围绕现有开源训练与生成工具进行算法侧优化，包括训练流程改造、推理链路优化、数据处理适配、GPU推理优化及业务场景定制，提升工具在实际生产环境中的可用性与稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学或相关专业，3 年以上算法工程、AI 工具链研发或技术预研经验； 2、熟练掌握 Python，具备扎实的代码能力和工程实现能力，能够独立阅读、分析并改造现有开源项目； 3、熟悉大语言模型、扩散模型或 2D/3D 生成相关技术，对模型训练、推理、数据处理及工程落地链路有较深入理解； 4、有基于开源工具进行二次开发、功能改造、ComfyUI推理加速节点设计或其他算法优化项目的经验者优先。
