1. 负责对接公司各项目的 ETL 与数据报表需求,完成需求收集、可行性评估、任务拆解、排期跟进与上线验收; 2. 负责指标计算口径的梳理与统一,建立指标字典,解决多项目、多来源数据口径不一致的问题; 3. 参与数仓分层设计(ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS),明确各层职责与表规范,保障数据链路清晰、可维护; 4. 制定数据更新频率(实时/小时/天级)与历史数据回刷策略,平衡时效性、准确性与计算成本; 5. 与数据开发工程师紧密协作,输出清晰的需求文档与口径说明,跟进开发、测试与数据质量验证,交付高质量报表结果; 6. 持续跟进报表使用情况与业务反馈,推动报表体系与分析产品的迭代优化。

1. 本科及以上学历,计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业优先; 2. 3 年以上数据产品 / BI / 数据分析相关经验; 3. 熟练掌握 SQL,能独立完成复杂查询与数据核对,了解 StarRocks/Doris 分析引擎者优先; 4. 理解数仓建模与分层理论,有实际参与数仓建设或大型报表体系搭建的经验; 5. 具备较强的需求拆解与沟通协调能力,能在业务与数据开发之间高效"翻译",对数据准确性有敏感度; 6. 游戏行业经验优先,熟悉游戏运营/投放核心指标(留存、LTV、ROI、ARPU 等)者优先。
