1、负责项目柔性物体动力学制作，重点围绕引擎物理Chaos布料、Kawaii飘带、引擎毛发等完成影视镜头级CFX效果，处理碰撞、风场、动画表演贴合、穿模与抖动修复，联动绑定、动画、引擎美术输出交付物。 2、对接DCC到引擎全流程，完成解算资产预处理、权重与碰撞体优化，把控离线解算向UE5引擎物理迁移，重点保障引擎内物理表现质量，对齐离线参考效果，解决引擎物理各类异常问题。 3、熟悉部门绑定‑动画制作流程，能够识别骨骼、绑定约束、动画片段等带来的物理解算风险，协同绑定动画团队优化资产与动画，减少物理解算返工。 4、沉淀Chaos、Kawaii飘带、布料的制作规范、问题排查文档，参与管线知识库建设；编写Python/HDA辅助工具，固化制作流程，提升团队生产效率。

1、美术、CG、数字媒体等相关专业本科及以上，3年以上游戏/影视CFX物理解算经验，熟悉柔性物体动力学生产流程。 2、熟练掌握UE5 Chaos物理、Kawaii飘带、布料模拟工作流，能够独立完成引擎端柔性物理效果调优；了解Houdini/Vellum，可输出用于引擎导入的解算参考与预处理资产。 3、理解角色绑定、动画基础逻辑，能够看懂绑定结构，可定位绑定、动画导致的物理异常；熟悉Alembic资产互导流程，掌握DCC资产向引擎迁移的各类坑点。 4、具备良好跨工种协作能力，可和绑定、动画、TA、引擎美术高效对齐，能够主动预判生产风险。 5、会Python脚本或HDA工具开发；拥有3A游戏项目CFX解算经验优先。
