1、负责游戏CG和过场动画的动作设计、镜头预演以及动画的设计、制作和审核工作； 2、在内部与导演、美术、后期良好的配合及协作，确保游戏CG和过场动画的质量和效果达到预期; 3、负责跟进游戏CG、过场动画等内容的外包管理工作，能够监修并提供专业的解决方案。

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上动画制作和管理经验，会UE、Unity等引擎技术者优先； 2、参与过院线电影或者游戏CG制作，深入了解影视动画中期流程和制作； 3、良好的动画设计制作基础，对于角色动作运动节奏有较强的理解能力，想象力丰富，镜头把控力强，具有良好的镜头感和审美修养； 4、较强的沟通表达能力、责任心和学习能力，具有渴望做出优秀的动画作品的驱动力； 5、对创作有追求，关注CG作品及动画电影，对游戏行业有热情，愿意尝试游戏影视相关开发。
