1、根据分镜脚本与美术设定，独立设计并制作符合项目风格的高质量 3D 动画，确保动作流畅、表演生动、情感饱满，擅长人物性格塑造和情绪刻画； 2、清晰地与外包团队沟通需求，制定并审核外包制作规范，监督外包进度与质量，确保外包交付物符合项目标准； 3、负责将制作完成的动画资源上传至 Unity 引擎，并进行严格验收，确保在引擎内的表现效果与设计意图一致； 4、通过日常指导、技术分享和反馈优化，持续提升团队成员的专业能力与艺术水平。

1、五年以上游戏或影视动画制作经验，有完整游戏项目（尤其是二次元/日系风格）全流程带片经验者优先； 2、熟悉角色肢体运动规律、表演节奏与情绪表达，对动作质量有极致的追求，对表演，节奏，镜头相关知识有长期的学习积累； 3、熟练掌握 Maya、3ds Max 等主流 3D 动画软件，具备 Unity 引擎基础操作能力者优先； 4、具备较强的Owner意识，对所负责项目的最终质量与效果尽责，具备主动解决问题、推动项目前进的决心和能力； 5、热爱游戏，熟悉二次元文化，对日系动画风格有强烈兴趣和深入理解，对游戏行业及ACG领域有热情，对自己的创作有较高要求，有创新精神。
