1、熟练运用 ComfyUI、Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、Runway、Seedance、Pika、Kling、Luma、Sora（或同类视频生成工具）等主流生成式 AI 工具，根据剧本、分镜、故事大纲或导演创意，高效产出概念设计图、角色探索稿、风格参考帧、镜头气氛图及场景环境设计； 2、持续跟踪并实验评估行业最新生成式 AI 技术与工作流，包括图像生成、视频生成、3D生成、动作生成、语音与多模态方向，在项目全周期内积极测试并验证新技术的实际制作价值； 3、 结合生成式 AI 与 Photoshop、Maya、Houdini、Blender、Cinema 4D、Harmony、Substance Painter、ZBrush 等传统 DCC 软件，制作可直接进入镜头流程的高质量资产，包括角色、道具、环境、特效与动画内容； 4、负责图像模型、视频模型及风格模型的搭建、训练、微调与优化，包括 LoRA、ControlNet、IPAdapter、Flux、SDXL、Wan、AnimateDiff 等技术方向，提升模型输出质量、稳定性与风格统一性； 5、 系统性测试不同 AI 工具、模型与混合工作流方案，输出标准化实验报告、技术文档及最佳实践建议，推动团队 AI 制作能力持续升级； 6、 与导演组、制片组、技术美术（TA）、动画团队及研发团队协同，共同开发 Generative AI + 传统动画的混合生产管线，持续提升团队创意效率与内容质量； 7、参与镜头级视觉探索，能够从“叙事驱动”角度思考 AI 内容生成，而不仅仅停留在静态画面产出，包括镜头语言、节奏、情绪氛围、角色表演及视觉连续性的设计； 8、 在项目开发阶段参与视觉世界观构建，包括风格统一、角色语言、色彩体系、镜头调性与视觉叙事逻辑制定，辅助导演完成创意落地； 9、 探索 AI 在动画、番剧、PV、短片、游戏演出等领域的创新表达形式，推动实验性内容与新型创作模式落地。

1、 熟练掌握 ComfyUI 及主流生成式 AI 工具链，具备完整的 AI 内容生产经验，熟悉以下工具者优先： Stable Diffusion / SDXL / Flux ，Midjourney ，Runway ，Seedance ，Kling ，Pika ，Luma AI ，Sora（或同类视频模型）； 2、 熟练掌握 Photoshop、Blender、Maya、Houdini、Cinema 4D、Unreal Engine 等 DCC 工具，能够独立完成从概念到最终镜头资产的完整制作流程； 3、 具备虚幻引擎（Unreal Engine）完整项目经验，能够完成： 场景搭建，地形生成 ，Sequencer 镜头制作 ，灯光渲染 ，角色绑定 ，Niagara 特效 ，实时动画演出 ，AI资产导入与整合； 4、 对扩散模型原理、多模态生成逻辑及 AI 视频生成技术有扎实理解，具备： 图像 LoRA 训练经验 ，视频 LoRA 训练经验 ，风格迁移经验 ，AI 工作流优化经验 ，模型部署与推理优化经验者优先； 5、 拥有优秀的视觉审美与设计能力，能够准确把控角色气质、镜头氛围、色彩语言与世界观风格，具备电影感与动画感的综合视觉表达能力；具备“导演思维”与镜头叙事能力，能够从故事表达出发进行创作，而非单纯工具执行，包括： 镜头语言设计， 画面节奏控制，情绪与氛围营造，角色表演理解，分镜意识，视觉叙事逻辑，长镜头与连续镜头表达能力； 6、 理解动画、番剧、游戏CG、PV等内容形态的制作逻辑，对“AI 如何增强叙事与情感表达”有深入理解； 7、具备强烈的实验精神与技术敏感度，能够快速学习并适应高速变化的 AI 行业环境，对新工具、新模型、新工作流保持持续研究热情； 8、 具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能够在实验性、高迭代的制作环境中，与导演、编剧、制片人、技术团队高效协作； 9、热爱动画、电影与视觉叙事艺术，拥有能够体现 AI 创意能力与导演表达能力的高质量作品集；

作品集需体现以下能力中的至少两项： · AI + 动画混合制作 · AI 镜头设计 · 视觉世界观开发 · AI 角色表演 · AI 视频叙事 · 风格化短片创作 · 实验性视觉表达

加分项 · 有原创动画短片、PV、番剧或游戏演出经验； · 有 AI 短片导演经验或个人实验项目； · 熟悉 Python、节点工作流开发或自动化脚本； · 熟悉 USD、OpenUSD 或 AI Pipeline 开发； · 熟悉实时渲染与虚拟制片流程； · 有影视级灯光、摄影、美术或剪辑经验； · 对电影语言、动画表演、视觉喜剧或作者性表达有深入研究。
