1、本科及以上学历，三年以上BP工作经验，专业知识扎实，具备游戏行业BP经验优先； 2、业务敏感度高，逻辑思维强，能和业务对话发现业务痛点，并快速理解与分析业务需求，形成具体解决方案，并能推动落地； 3、性格具有亲和力，具有较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作意识； 4、热爱游戏行业，有较好的业务理解能力和沟通能力。
