1、HR信息化规划：持续关注AI、大数据等前沿技术在HR领域的应用趋势，研究行业优秀实践，探索技术赋能HR的场景，基于公司业务和发展阶段制定对应的HR信息化建设规划； 2、HR信息化项目：统筹HR信息化项目的全周期管理，协调内外部开发团队、HR各模块及业务部门，推动需求分析、方案设计、系统开发、测试上线的全过程，对项目进度、质量、风险进行管控，确保系统如期交付并平稳运行； 3、HR系统流程优化：梳理HR各项系统流程，持续收集用户反馈，诊断使用痛点，推动流程优化与功能迭代，提升产品体验和用户满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息系统、人力资源管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上HR信息化/数字化相关经验，其中至少3年甲方企业HRIS经验，有互联网行业背景者优先，主导过完整人力资源系统从0到1或升级替换项目者优先； 3、熟悉主流HR系统产品及AI工具，掌握基础的数据分析工具，具备系统开发和编程能力，有AI在HR领域应用落地经验优先； 4、具备较强的需求分析与方案设计能力，能将模糊的业务诉求转化为清晰的产品需求文档，具备数据驱动决策的意识； 5、具备优秀的跨部门协调能力，能推动技术、HR、业务多方高效协同； 6、热爱游戏和二次元文化。
