1、5年以上游戏交互设计经验，完整跟进成熟游戏项目优先； 2、了解触屏/键鼠/手柄交互的特性，有相关设计经验更佳； 3、优秀的需求把握和逻輯分析能力，对设计问题、玩家需求有较强的理解与洞察能力； 4、优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力,善于倾听和表达思路，能够积极推动跨部门协作； 5、熟练掌握相关设计工具，能够高效输出设计方案； 6、热爱游戏事业，关注行业变化，对创造精品游戏有强烈热情。
