1、大专及以上学历，2-3年电商行业客服培训、质量管理或相关岗位经验； 2、熟悉主流电商平台(如天猫、京东、抖音等)服务规则与考核体系； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，能从质检数据、对话记录中提炼共性问题和优化方向，推动系统性改进。
