1.负责日本市场周边商品化、官方店及渠道合作相关项目推进，协助建立本地周边销售与数据回收机制； 2.对接内部周边、市场、法务、财务及外部渠道伙伴，推动商品企划、渠道上架、库存反馈、销售复盘等工作； 3.整理日本渠道合作清单、商品销售数据、Top SKU、角色表现、库存/完售率、客单价等基础经营信息； 4.参与官方店、快闪店、展会销售及线上渠道方案规划，提升日本本地周边业务的收益和用户触达能力； 5.关注日本ACG周边、潮玩、零售渠道和用户购买趋势，为商品企划和渠道选择提供建议。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上周边商品、IP授权、零售渠道、电商运营或ACG相关行业经验； 2.熟悉日本动漫游戏周边市场，了解实体贩卖、快闪店、电商平台等渠道者优先； 3.具备基础数据整理和项目复盘能力，能推动合作方回收销售、库存、SKU及用户反馈数据； 4.日语可作为工作语言，具备中文沟通能力者优先； 5.关注二次元周边商品，理解角色消费、随机商品、限定商品及粉丝购买心理者优先。
