1. 负责公司版权、商标、不正当竞争纠纷、用户纠纷等各类诉讼案件的全流程处理，包括但不限于独立处理或者统筹外部律师开展案件分析、诉讼策略制定、证据收集、法律文书撰写、开庭、沟通谈判、判决执行等，确保案件高效推进； 2. 负责处理公司各类维权需求，包括但不限于及时取证、投诉、发函、诉讼等，通过各种有效的维权手段，助力业务完成生态治理； 3. 负责跟踪、调研游戏及互联网业务板块所涉的法律法规及司法裁判趋势，为业务发展提供相关合规性建议； 4. 统筹处理各类争议纠纷解决相关法律事务，并持续跟进案件进展。

1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，法学、知识产权等相关专业。 2.工作经验：具备3年以上在律所从事知识产权诉讼相关工作经验，具备律师证，有较为丰富的开庭经验。熟悉知识产权、民商法、劳动法相关法律规定，具备扎实的法律实务能力，能够结合具体案件情况，在诉讼及争议解决中准确运用法律规则并制定有效的应对策略。具备排名领先的律所工作经验者优先考虑。 3.具备较强的法律分析和问题解决能力。工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑表达能力及团队合作精神。英语读写能力良好。
