1、剧情演出特效全流程制作：专注UE引擎下游戏过场CG、主线剧情、剧情动画、角色互动、场景氛围演出特效制作，涵盖剧情氛围、镜头特效、角色出场/退场、技能叙事特效、环境动态特效等，打造电影级沉浸式叙事视觉效果。 2、引擎特效落地与迭代：熟练运用UE最新Niagara粒子系统、材质编辑器、独立完成特效资产建模、贴图、粒子调试、光影匹配、动态模拟全流程制作，保障剧情特效精致度与画面统一性。 3、剧情联动创意适配：深度对接策划、动画、镜头、原画团队，解读剧情脚本与分镜方案，结合剧情情绪、人物人设、场景氛围设计匹配的特效表现，强化剧情感染力与叙事节奏，贴合整体项目美术风格。 4、性能优化与规范管控：针对UE平台特性，对剧情演出特效进行性能优化、资源精简、帧率适配，在保证高精度视觉效果的前提下，严控资源开销，规避卡顿、掉帧、穿模等问题，符合项目性能预算标准。 5、资产沉淀与技术迭代：梳理沉淀剧情特效通用资产、材质模板、Niagara特效预设，规范特效制作流程；跟进UE新功能、新特效技术，落地优质特效方案，优化团队产出效率与视觉品质。 6、配合项目迭代交付：跟进项目版本迭代，高效完成剧情特效修改、优化、适配工作，配合版本测试、验收，保障剧情演出内容按时、高质量交付。

1、工作经验：2-5年游戏特效从业经验，专注剧情演出/过场CG特效方向，有UE正式上线项目完整制作经验，熟悉UE版本功能特性者优先。 2、核心技能：精通UE Niagara粒子系统、材质蓝图、后期特效、光照氛围制作；熟练掌握PS、AE、Maya等特效辅助工具，能够独立完成剧情特效全流程制作。 3、专业能力：具备优秀的审美能力与镜头叙事理解力，擅长通过特效烘托剧情情绪、营造场景氛围，精准把控光影、节奏、质感，对电影级画面表现有较高认知，能精准落地剧情特效需求。 4、性能把控：熟悉游戏特效性能优化逻辑，了解UE引擎资源开销规则，可平衡视觉效果与运行性能，有效解决剧情特效卡顿、资源冗余、光影异常等问题。 5、职业素养：具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力和抗压能力，能精准对接多方团队需求，高效配合项目迭代；拥有标准化的制作习惯，注重资产规范与流程沉淀。 6、加分项：擅长Houdini程序化特效、有3A大作/二次元/剧情特效制作经验、熟悉动画镜头配合逻辑、可独立完成剧情特效预演与微调者优先。
