The posting

岗位职责： 1、负责海外业务相关中文合同、外语合同的起草、审核、谈判及履行支持，包括发行运营、渠道/平台合作、营销推广、供应商采购、IP授权、技术服务等事项。 2、为游戏及其衍生项目的海外发行、运营、营销、人力资源及日常经营提供法律与合规支持，识别风险并提出兼顾业务目标的可落地方案。 3、跟踪和研究重点海外市场的游戏监管、数据与隐私、消费者保护、广告营销、知识产权及平台规则等动态，支持业务决策和项目落地。 4、参与海外项目的前期风险评估和过程管理，推动合同模板、合规指引、案例库等知识沉淀。 5、与营销、产品、运营、采购、人力及外部律师协作，推进跨部门事项落地；协助海外法务负责人处理其他相关事务。

任职要求： 1、法学专业，本科及以上学历，通过国家法律职业资格考试； 2、3年以上涉外法务、律所涉外业务或跨境合规相关经验；有游戏、互联网、科技或出海行业经验者优先； 3、英语可作为工作语言，能够独立处理英文合同、英文法律检索及日常沟通；掌握日语、韩语或其他小语种者优先； 4、熟悉或愿意快速掌握游戏出海相关法律问题，包括合同、数据与隐私、知识产权、营销合规、平台规则等； 5、责任心强，具备较好的沟通协作、项目推进和问题解决能力，能够在业务节奏较快的情况下独立推进事项； 6、热爱游戏、了解游戏产品及海外市场者优先。
