1.熟悉目前主流动作3D ARPG游戏的战斗系统与技能设定，对战斗表现和打击感敏感，熟玩市面上的3A动作游戏； 2.具备一定的游戏分析及理解，能用更整体的视角拆解设计的目的； 3.具备一定逻辑思维及美术知识，能配合程序及美术有高效地验证并优化设计； 4.擅长沟通，严谨细致，有团队合作精神，对待工作有负责心； 5.具备UE4项目的开发经验及自制战斗DEMO经历为佳。
