1. 1年以上战斗基建设计经验，有0到1完整的动作游戏战斗系统框架搭建经验者优先。逻辑思维能力强，有产品思维和系统性结构思维，确保工具的易用性和框架的可拓展性。 2. 熟悉ue引擎，有脚本编程基础，能快速上手项目工具，发现并收集问题，与程序一起，优化落地。 3. 有良好的文档统筹和书写习惯，热爱专研前沿技术，动作游戏战斗工艺，AI技术。 4. 有较强的规划和任务拆解能力，沟通协调能力，时间管理能力，自驱力，抗风险能力。
