1.作为员工在日本的核心 HR 与综合运营联络点，负责员工入职、转正、异动、离职等全生命周期事务，维护员工关系，提升本地员工体验； 2.结合日本劳动法规、社保税务要求及公司文化，协助建立日本本地人事、行政及办公室运营相关政策与流程，管控用工合规与日常运营风险； 3.独立推进日本办公室招聘工作，支持本地岗位的人才引进，完成需求确认、渠道维护、简历筛选、候选人沟通、面试安排及 offer 流程； 4.持续建立日本本地人才地图和候选人库，关注游戏、ACG、互联网、娱乐及相关行业的人才动态，为重点岗位招募优质候选人； 5.作为总部与日本团队之间的跨文化沟通桥梁，协助总部政策、制度和企业文化在日本团队的落地，同时反馈本地员工与业务团队的实际需求，促进双方高效协同； 6.在日本团队初期阶段，协同支持办公室日常运营，包括办公环境、采购、快递收发、会议安排、差旅报销、供应商对接、文档管理、办公设备协调及员工活动等工作； 7.支持共享办公室或未来独立办公室相关事务，包括选址协助、合同流程、搬迁准备、工位规划、网络及办公安全等，保障日本分公司日常运转稳定。

1.本科及以上学历，日语可作为工作语言，中文沟通能力良好；3 年以上招聘、HRBP、人力资源综合运营、总务行政或猎头相关经验，有游戏、互联网、娱乐、ACG 行业经验者优先； 2.熟悉日本招聘渠道、候选人沟通方式及本地人才市场，能够独立推进岗位从需求确认到 offer 的完整招聘闭环，具备中高端岗位招聘经验者优先； 3.了解日本劳动法规、雇佣惯例、社保及基础人事实务，具备与社労士、税理士、招聘供应商、办公室服务商等外部合作方沟通的能力； 4.具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力、协调能力和服务意识，能够在总部与日本本地团队之间准确传递信息，推动问题解决； 5.工作细致，责任心强，具备较强执行力、自驱力和灵活性，能够适应小团队、多任务并行及从 0 到 1 搭建流程的工作环境； 6.热爱游戏或互联网行业，理解日本本地团队建设特点，对候选人体验、员工体验和组织长期建设有较高要求。
