1、负责支持公司行政、人力资源、财务等职能部门的日常法律事务，提供劳动用工、合同管理、供应商管理等相关法律咨询及合规建议； 2、负责公司合同起草、审核、谈判、修订、签署、履行跟进、归档及争议处理，重点覆盖劳动人事、行政采购、物业租赁、服务采购、咨询服务及其他职能类合同； 3、负责审核和完善公司劳动用工相关制度、流程及文件，包括但不限于劳动合同、保密协议、竞业限制协议、员工手册等，防范劳动用工风险； 4、组织或协助开展面向职能部门的合同与合规培训，提升业务团队风险意识及规范操作能力。

1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，法学相关专业，具有法律职业资格证书。 2、工作经验：具备3年以上企业法务或律师事务所相关工作经验，具有劳动用工、合同审核及公司合规实务经验；熟悉劳动法、民商法相关法律法规，具备扎实的民商事及劳动法法律功底；有互联网、游戏、科技或大型企业法务工作经验者优先。 3、具备较强的风险识别、法律分析和问题解决能力，能够在业务需求与法律风险之间提出可落地的解决方案；工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑表达能力及团队合作精神。
