1、深刻理解游戏世界观、既有设定与调性，设计主线、系统、玩法与人物设定的文案概念与文本包装； 2、协调配合多部门工作，直至包装落地和最终验收，能对组内需求进行把控和反馈结合项目已有资源与要求，归纳并制定不同模块包装的规范； 3、完善、维护不同版本内包装的设定更新适应并灵活驾驭游戏内不同模块的语言风格，能根据项目要求，创作各式文本内容。

1、熟悉文案组流程，擅长统筹管理、分工执行、验收把关、能做到独立创作主线内容且有方法论沉淀能带教； 2、具备5年以上游戏文案策划经验，对二次元作品（包括但不限于游戏、动漫）和用户有深度研究与理解擅长沟通与协作，能有效、准确地推进工作进程； 3、知识面广，对世界史（某一历史时期风貌）、神话、民俗、奇幻题材、各类学科、文化领域有深入的学习与积累； 4、能够根据基础的世界观设定进行一定的创造发散技能面广，有影视、动画、游戏相关项目经历，熟悉游戏制作流程，有大世界、3DARPG项目经验优先； 5、拥有优秀的语言文字写作能力及严谨的逻辑思维，具有较强的想象力、创作力和表现力，独立的文案撰写与策划能力，有游戏剧本、小说等相关类型载体完整的创作经验。
