1、日语能力：日语能力优异，N1级别（口语、听力、写作均流利）； 2、兴趣与热情：对ACG、日本娱乐文化和游戏行业有浓厚的兴趣； 3、沟通与团队合作：良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与团队成员紧密配合； 4、有对接网红MCN的经验，能为活动提供商务资源者优先； 5、营销能力：具备网感，对日本市场有敏锐洞察力，熟悉日本网红生态者优先。
