1、职场运营管理：负责韩国办公室的日常运营管理，包含环境维护、物业对接及办公空间优化；结合公司业务扩张节奏，进行新办公场地的选址评估、装修施工跟进及搬迁统筹，打造高效能的办公空间； 2、福利管理：统筹韩国区域的餐饮福利体系（供应商管理、系统结算、菜单优化），主动挖掘并接入周边高品质商业配套资源（如咖啡、轻食、健身等），策划本地化节日福利活动，提升员工在办公场景中的幸福感与归属感； 3、采购与资产管理：负责办公用品、低值易耗品的采购执行及库存优化，定期进行固定资产的盘点、标签化管理与报废处置，确保账实相符，保障公司资产安全； 4、费用管理：所在职场行政预算编制及费用结算，做好台账登记，定期统计分折行政开支； 5、制度建设：根据总部行政标准框架，结合韩国本地法律法规及职场文化，迭代优化区域行政SOP（如差旅、接待、办公纪律等），确保总部政策在韩国的合规化、人性化落地； 6、专项协作：配合总部推进跨区域行政专项工作，协调区域部门的行政需求。

1、本科及以上学历，韩语能力卓越，可作为工作语言与总部及本地团队无缝沟通。有韩国留学或长期工作背景者优先； 2、3年以上海外行政或综合运营经验，有互联网经验、曾服务过千人以上规模或拥有多办公点管理经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的问题拆解能力，能在复杂琐碎的行政事务中迅速理清优先级，独立制定可执行的计划并推动落地； 4、具备极强的服务意识，能从用户（员工）视角出发，设计有温度的行政解决方案；能够灵活应对跨文化沟通中的模糊地带，妥善处理总部与本地之间的诉求差异。
